    Wireless Networking with HCL6-M Module

The HCL6-M video data transceiver module supports two operation modes: access node mode or central node mode. It can be managed through the network user interface or by sending AT commands via the control Uart. It supports the function of up to 63 access nodes connecting to one central node.

All nodes are in the same wireless local area network and share the entire transmission bandwidth (maximum 100Mbps transmission rate). The data from the central node to the access node is called downlink data, and the data from the access node to the central node is called uplink. The ratio of uplink and downlink data streams can be controlled through the network user interface or AT commands.

When using it for point-to-point transmission, the uplink and downlink data streams also share the entire transmission bandwidth (maximum 100Mbps transmission rate).

    Mesh networking

Wireless Broadband Ethernet Video Data Transceiver Module Support 32 MESH Network Nodes

    • Mesh networking capacity: Up to 32 nodes (N2 ≤ N ≤ 32).
    • Transmission: Supports unicast, multicast and broadcast functions. Any node can communicate with each other in these three modes.
    • Time synchronization: can be self-synchronized independently without the need for an external clock.
    • Power control: all nodes will adaptively adjust the transmission power, support fixed power configuration, and this configuration will be permanently effective.
    • Topology structure: Supports multi-hop routing topology with up to 32 nodes and 31 hops.
    • R routing: automatically adjusts the route, and can also permanently configure a fixed route.
    • Data rate level: uses adaptive average allocation of system rate.
    • Transmission delay (Note: N is the number of nodes within two hops, hop count: H) Common scenario calculation formula, one-way delay index formula (MS): 6*H + (5/2) * N/2 * H * 3, two -way delay multiplied by 2; Two-node optimized delay: one-way delay between two nodes <= 10 ms; Four-node link optimized delay: three-hop one-way delay between four nodes <= 10 ms; Typical system delay (based on big data statistics): Six-point chain network, three hops, one-way delay: 50 ms; 8 points, all points are one-hop, one-way delay: 36 ms; 8 points, serial 7 hops: one-way 170 ms.
    • Startup time delay: Network establishment delay of the logical main control node after startup 20 - 80 seconds. (Usually, the logical main control node is the first to be started); Cold start: Network access delay of the logical access node is less than 30 seconds and receives the signal from the logical main control node; Hot start: Delay of the secondary node to connect to the network is less than 1 second (common single-hop node network scenario)
